Iolit is an open-source agent that captures AI coding sessions (Claude, Cursor, Codex) and sends the batch you approve to our marketplace API. You pick a share tier (pulse, trace, or raw) and approve every batch before it leaves your machine.
You own your session data. Iolit does not claim ownership of any data captured. By sending a batch, you grant Iolit a non-exclusive license to package and sell that batch to third-party buyers. You can pause capture or request deletion of previously sent batches at any time.
You confirm that the session data you submit belongs to you (personal accounts, not employer-owned enterprise accounts) and that your use of AI tools permits sharing at the tier you pick. If your employer owns your AI tool account, you need their permission.
Earnings depend on share tier, data volume, quality, and buyer demand. More you share, more you get paid. Iolit does not guarantee specific earnings. Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold.
Iolit is provided "as is" under the MIT license. We make no guarantees about uptime, earnings, or data retention. The open-source client is the source of truth for what data is collected and how it's sent.
We may update these terms. We'll notify waitlist members by email before material changes take effect.
